- Hold a Bachelors Degree in a Finance, Management, Business Administration or related degree. MBA / CFA candidates preferred.
- Has 4+ years of Asset Management experience in middle office, fund administration, performance and attribution as well as client reporting; with a robust understanding of the entire end-to-end process.
- Highly motivated, team player, and self-starter.
- Leveraged loan / CLO operations experience preferred.
- Proficiency in reviewing legal documentation and financial modelling.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and SeniorManagement.
- Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to understand business functions and processes quickly.
