Responsibilities

- Evaluate creditworthiness of loan applicants through analysis of financial statements, credit scores, payment history, and other relevant factors.
- Make informed decisions on loan applications based on the company's credit policies and risk tolerance.
- Conduct thorough credit risk analysis to identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies - Credit Assessment and Decision Making
- Oversee the end-to-end credit operations process, including loan application processing, documentation, and disbursement.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Underwriting, and Collections to ensure smooth and effective credit operations.
- Develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance - Credit Operations Management.
- Monitor and manage the credit portfolio to identify early warning signs, trends, and potential areas of concern.




- Perform periodic portfolio analysis to assess the performance of loans, identify patterns, and make recommendations for portfolio optimization.
- Utilize data and analytics to generate insights and develop strategies for minimizing credit risk and improving portfolio quality - Portfolio Monitoring and Analysis.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices related to credit and lending.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all credit-related activities.
- Collaborate with the Compliance and Legal teams to address any compliance issues and implement necessary controls - Compliance and Regulatory Adherence.
