Key Responsibilies:

1. Quality Assurance & Control * Implement and maintain quality systems to ensure consistent output * Conduct inspecons during all stages of producon (in-process, final, and post-producon). * Ensure that random sampling and product tesng are carried out accurately and documented properly. * Monitor and assess label design and labelling accuracy for compliance with specificaons.

2. Process and Compliance Audits * Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards (ISO etc.) in the producon area. * Conduct regular audits and inspecons of producon lines, equipment, and packaging staons. * Report and follow up on non-conformies, root cause analysis, and correcve/prevenve acons.

3. Packing Material and Input Quality * Monitor the quality of incoming materials, especially paper rolls and packaging materials. * Collaborate with the producon teams to reject or approve materials based on inspecon results.

4. Documentaon & Records * Maintain accurate records of inspecons, test results, and quality checks. * Prepare and update SOPs, work instrucons, and quality reports.



* Oversee the accuracy of producon quality records and ensure traceability.

5. Staff Supervision and Training * Train operators and quality inspectors on quality procedures, defect idenficaon, and best pracces. * Supervise the QA/QC team to ensure mely and consistent inspecons. * Promote awareness of customer requirements and quality standards among staff.

6. Customer Complaint Handling * Assist in invesgang customer complaints and quality issues. * Recommend and implement improvements to prevent recurrence. Required Skills & Competencies: * In-depth knowledge of quality control tools and techniques * Ability to interpret technical drawings/specificaons * Valuable analycal, problem-solving, and documentaon skills * Effecve communicaon and leadership capabilies
