- Experience: 10-15 years
- Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure
- Education: Electrical Engineering Degree/Diploma
- Core expertise: MEP QA/QC, especially Electrical
- Should have solid knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems.
- Good knowledge of IS Codes, NBC and international standards.
- Experience in high-rise / commercial / mixed-use projects preferred.
- Should have experience managing MEP Quality Engineers/Inspectors.
- Responsible for QA/QC plans, inspections, audits, NCRs, testing & commissioning, documentation and compliance.
- Strong leadership, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
