Job Summary
The Media Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating marketing operations, supporting online sales, managing creative content, maintaining digital platforms, and strengthening dealer and influencer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess communication, coordination, and reporting skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Sales Coordination:

- Handle online enquiries for alloy wheels received through various digital platforms.
- Contact prospective customers via phone calls to understand their requirements and provide product information.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with the Sales Team to maximize conversions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and enquiry status

2. Digital & Marketing Management:

- Update of product images, specifications, and promotional content on the company website.
- Regularly communicate with dealers to provide marketing support.
- WhatsApp Marketing
- Branding Activity co-ordination.
- Auditing digital presence across platform.

3. Reporting & MIS:

- Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS reports for:
- Online sales enquiries, Dealer communication & Submit weekly reports to the management team

* Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong coordination, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of website content management.
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram and YouTube.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.

* Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

* Experience

- 0-2 years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Media Coordination, Digital Marketing, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience in the automotive or automobile accessories industry will be an added advantage.
