Handle incoming calls, messages & customer queries
Respond to Instagram & WhatsApp DMs promptly
Manage order-related concerns & coordinate with operations
Maintain response logs & track customer feedback
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Requirements
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Customer service / e-commerce experience preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
Customer-focused, organized & detail-oriented
