Job Title: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Demand Planning

Location:- Mumbai Head Office

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Demand Planning to manage demand forecasting, customer requirements, supply planning, inventory optimization, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills and hands-on experience with SAP and Advanced MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage demand forecasts based on customer requirements, historical trends, and business plans.
- Manage B2B customer requirements and ensure timely communication and order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenishment requirements, and product supply to optimize stock.
- Analyse demand variations, forecast accuracy, inventory trends, and supply gaps.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports related to demand and inventory.
- Use SAP and MS Excel for demand planning, data analysis, reporting, and monitoring.
- Identify demand and supply issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.




- Support production planning and inventory management activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and planning efficiency.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in demand and supply data.
- Ensure effective coordination and communication with internal teams and customers.

Eligibility:

- Experience: 6–15 years in Demand Planning / Supply Chain / Production Planning
- Qualification: B.Pharm / B.E. / MBA / SCM Certification
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Cosmetics industry will be preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP and MS Excel is preferred.
