Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.
- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular status updates, meetings, and reports.
- Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or issues.
Job Requirements :
- 12-23 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Technical Project Manager.
- Robust understanding of digital commerce (e-commerce), ERP systems, CRM integration, capacity planning, performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud native technologies such as microservices architecture design principles.
- Proficiency in Payment Gateway Integration for seamless transactions processing.
