*CRM System Management:* Maintain accurate CRM data and update customer details,



interactions, and sales opportunities.

*Customer Support:* Address client inquiries on logistics services and shipments while providing proactive issue prevention.

*Data Analysis:* Monitor customer metrics, prepare reports, and identify improvement opportunities.

*Campaign Management:* Execute customer engagement activities such as email campaigns, surveys, and promotions.

*Collaboration:* Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer experience.

*Problem Resolution:* Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
