The company specializes in professional photography and imaging services for tourists and visitors at attractions, resorts, and entertainment destinations, and is part of the Thomas Cook India Group.

Position: Assistant Manager - E Commerce Operations and Delivery

Location: Lower Parel in Mumbai

Experience: 2 Years to 7 Years

Works with: IT/Tech team, Internal stakeholders & Vendors

Role intent:

- Own day-to-day eCommerce enablement and execution:

- Drive website deliverables with IT,

- Keep the commerce platform ready (products/pricing),

- Monitor transactions, and publish MIS

- High exposure role with end-to-end visibility, suited for a solid executor

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with IT/Tech to deliver website enhancements and fixes on time (requirements, follow-ups, UAT, release validation)
- Configure and maintain products, pricing, and availability in the commerce platform to keep eCommerce enabled




- Download, monitor, and reconcile transactions/orders; publish periodic MIS to stakeholders
- Monitor Google Analytics (or equivalent): traffic, conversion signals, and anomalies; flag issues early
- Monitor customer flow through CRM console (including WhatsApp-led journeys where applicable): lead inflow, journey status, drop-offs, exceptions, and customer needs; coordinate fixes/escalations with Tech/Ops
- Maintain a simple operating rhythm: weekly priorities, open items, releases, risks, closures
- Track issues end-to-end: assess impact, escalate correctly, ensure closure with validation
- Maintain basic documentation: change notes, known issues, process notes

Skills & profile fit:

- Strong coordination with IT/Tech; structured follow-through
- Comfortable working on a commerce platform (catalog/pricing/orders) and basic reporting
- Good understanding of eCommerce operations and release/UAT discipline
- Ownership mindset; detail-aware; business-first communication
