Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule face-to-face meetings.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding recent hires.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of employee screening processes including background checks and reference verification.
- Proficiency in using job portals like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
- Excellent interviewing skills with ability to conduct effective telephonic interviews.
