Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop detailed project reports highlighting key performance indicators such as cost savings initiatives implemented during construction.
Job Requirements :
- 10-16 years of experience in managing high-rise residential or township infrastructure development projects.
- Robust understanding of electricals, ELV systems, fire fighting systems, HVAC installations, plumbing works, and SEZ regulations.
- Proven track record in executing large-scale infrastructure projects involving multiple disciplines including MEP services.
