We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a outstanding customer experience . Handle customer queries effectively through call. Maintain customer interaction records and follow operational processes. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service. Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues. Inbound / Outbound process.
