- Analyze BOM, material costs, consumption, scrap, process losses and product profitability.
- Evaluate conversion costs, capacity utilization, productivity, rework and fixed cost optimization.
- Monitor inventory levels, turnover, slow/non-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Conduct contribution margin, product profitability and spare parts analysis.
- Support inter-company and related-party pricing as per company policies.
- Drive cost reduction and cost optimization initiatives across materials and operations.
- Analyze bought-out component costs and investment effectiveness.
- Ensure proper cost allocation across business segments.
- Support new product costing, pricing and Make vs Buy analysis.
- Handle monthly costing closure, cost audits, variance analysis and inventory valuation.
Experience
- 3+ years post-qualification experience in Costing / Product Costing / Manufacturing Finance / Management Accounting.
- Preferably from Automotive / Auto Components / Manufacturing industry.
Qualification
CA / CMA / ICWA - Fully Qualified or MBA (Full Time)
