• Develop and grow business across the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in Steel, Cement, Mining,

Construction, OEMs, Power and Manufacturing industries.

• Promote and sell Bearings, Couplings, Gearboxes, Lubrication Systems, Automatic

Lubrication Solutions, Power Transmission products and other engineering/MRO

products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and convert opportunities into orders.

• Identify shutdown, maintenance, replacement and project opportunities.

• Conduct customer visits, product discussions and technical presentations.

• Coordinate with technical, application and operations teams for order execution.

• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.

• Monitor competitors, market trends and identify current business opportunities.

• Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required
