- We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Consultant / Developer with strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SPM solutions while leveraging core platform features to meet business requirements.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform development.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Experience in ServiceNow configuration including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes.
- Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Good understanding of Agile and project management processes.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
- ServiceNow SPM / PPM certification is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
