Planning Manager Data Center

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with strong leadership and hands-on experience in planning and project controls for large-scale Data Center projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project planning and develop master, baseline and detailed project schedules.
- Manage planning activities across the complete project lifecycle from inception to handover.
- Monitor project progress, critical paths, milestones and schedule performance.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, MEP, contractors and vendors.
- Identify schedule risks, delays and bottlenecks and drive mitigation plans.
- Support project budgeting, tendering, procurement planning and change management.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor planning/project controls teams.
- Coordinate testing & commissioning and ensure timely project handover.

Required Skills & Experience:





- 15- 18+ years of total experience in construction/project planning.
- 6+ years of Planning Manager / senior planning experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 complete large-scale Data Center projects.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 OR MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling and project controls.
- Experience with EPC/contracting companies is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Civil/MEP construction, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning.
- Solid client, contractor, vendor and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate/travel for project requirements.

Preferred Industry: Data Center / EPC / Construction / MEP / Infrastructure

Education: BE/B.Tech preferred.
