- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders in YES Bank
- Working closely with business heads to understand product use cases, customer journeys, business applicability and impact of each use case to create and implement a decisive project plan and strategy from product development to launching of the new product
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company sales goals
- Ownership of existing products and identification of new product opportunities across business lifecycle
- Keep track on best industry practices and perform industry benchmarking
- Be a great storyteller, able to build a robust product narrative which clearly articulates the motivation for sales
- Ensuring maximum visibility of products in YES Bank & skill building of all frontline resources
