Role & responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end procurement of Raw Materials (RM) and Packing Materials (PM) aligned with production and planning requirements.
- Source reliable vendors, negotiate competitive pricing, and secure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
- Execute RFQs, comparative analysis, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure GMP-compliant purchasing processes and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with QA, Stores, Production, and Planning teams to maintain smooth supply flow.
- Monitor inventory trends to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Evaluate vendor performance and support vendor audits and development initiatives.
- Manage procurement data through ERP systems and prepare MIS reports for management review.
Preferred candidate profile
Staying between Andheri and Virar. Pharma Experience mandatory.
