Execute approved planograms and merchandising layouts at stores
• Ensure proper product placement as per category flow and brand blocking
• Verify eye-level placement for priority SKUs and high-growth categories
• Maintain shelf hygiene, facings, depth, and FIFO standards
• Coordinate with store teams for smooth implementation of planograms
• Conduct regular store audits and share execution reports with photographs
• Identify gaps in shelf utilization, stock placement, and visibility
• Support recent store opening setup and category implementation
• Ensure signage, shelf strips, and communication materials are correctly placed
• Monitor compliance of VM standards across assigned stores
• Provide on-ground feedback to HO Space Planning team
• Assist in resolving execution challenges at store level
