About the Role:
We are looking for a Content Operations qualified to manage the end-to-end ingestion, metadata, QC, and delivery of video content across OTT platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage content ingestion, upload, encoding, and delivery as per timelines and platform requirements.
- Maintain accurate metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, and content details in CMS.
- Perform basic video/audio QC and troubleshoot playback, format, resolution, and audio-sync issues.
- Coordinate with Production, Post-Production, Marketing, Legal, IT, and OTT/platform teams.
- Monitor content delivery, platform issues, and content performance.
- Prepare operational and viewership reports and support process improvements.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Media, Digital Content, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in OTT, digital media, content operations, or a similar role.
- Understanding of video formats, encoding, CMS, metadata, and OTT workflows.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to Read, Write & Speak Kannada fluently.
- Experience with regional-language content, OTT, subtitling, localization, or digital media will be an advantage.
