Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns professionally.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and close deals through effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Utilize strong communication skills to handle cold calls and achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common objectives and share best practices.

Job Requirements :

- Up to 5 years of experience in BPO sales, telesales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Solid communication skills are essential for handling cold calls and achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in domestic BPO voice process operations, both inbound and outbound, is required.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
- Candidates must be able to meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with inside sales, outbound calling, and customer service principles is beneficial.
