Job Opening for Tendering Engineer at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd in the Oil & Gas division.

Job location: Mumbai - Santacruz (Only apply if Mumbai based)

(Only male candidates preferred)

Experience: 2-4 yrs into the similar profile (Should have worked in mechanical items)

Candidate should be Graduate Engineer preferably Mechanical

Candidates profile:

1) To download & upload tender documents (domestic & international) from the concern website / government portal / email links.

2) Circulate tender documents/addendum to all concerned persons for their respective inputs

3) Preparation / compilation of the Technical Bid (E-Bid & Physical Bid for domestic & international tenders)

4) Submit the domestic & international Bids through tender portal / email / physical submission.

5) Preparation / compilation of responses to post bid queries and submission to Client through tender portal / email.

6) Coordinate with other department/inter department for bid preparation works and obtaining their inputs timely.

7) Coordinate with all stake holders for tender related works.

8) Coordinate with Finance Team and arrange to get EMD as per Tender requirements.



Track Tender EMD release for domestic and international Tender

9) Coordinate with Contract Team to get the NDA, Confidentiality Agreement signed and acquire Contractual Queries related to tender.

10) Coordinate with Engineering Team to get the Technical Queries related to tender and submit it to Client. Track Query responses received from Client.

11) Check whether Company meets the Tender Qualification Criteria.

12) Supporting the Estimation Team

13) Assistance in preparation of Commercial Bid.

14) Handle digital signature and digitally sign the e-bid before submission wherever applicable as per tender requirement.

15) Track Tenders on tender portals

16) Prepare / Compile EOI.

17) Maintaining Tender Registers, department ISO Documents, ABAC Documents, etc.

Other Skill:

1) Good knowledge of handling online tender portals and portal registration

2) Positive knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.

3) Good knowledge of handling large-size documents, sharing large-size documents through link, compressing large-size documents, document management.

4) Good verbal and email communication
