1. MEPF Estimation Engineer
- Core Focus: Tendering, costing, and budget optimization for commercial interior projects.
- Responsibilities:
- Quantify and prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (MEPF) systems.
- Analyze tender documents, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Obtain competitive quotes from vendors and perform rate analysis.
- Coordinate with procurement and design teams to optimize project costs.
Locations: Mumbai | Pune | Bangalore
Experience: 3 8 Years (Depending on the role)
