1) Engage with the hospital ESG team to integrate sustainability into hospital strategies.

2) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance sustainability goals.

3) Ensure compliance with ESG-related regulations and standards such as GRI / others

4) Prepare ESG reports, including tracking KPIs and metrics.

5) Drive initiatives related to carbon neutrality, energy efficiency, waste management, and sustainable procurement based on the directions from the management.

6) Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability programs and

initiatives.

7) Organize awareness campaigns and training programs to embed a

culture of sustainability within the organization.

Qualification

1) B.Tech/ B.E. - Mechanical / Environmental science ; Masters degree preferred.

2) 4–5 years of experience in sustainability or ESG roles.

Skills

1) Robust understanding of ESG frameworks, compliance, and reporting

standards.

2) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

3) Proactive and solution-oriented with a passion for sustainability.
