- Conduct training for stores across the assigned state.
- Travel extensively within the state for regular store visits and operational support.
- Coordinate with Marketing for store-level promotions and campaigns.
- Coordinate with Finance to resolve store-related queries.
- Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and timely resolution of store issues.
