Role Purpose

Work closely with senior leadership as the technology point of contact for software, digital and AI initiatives. The coordinator will help translate business requirements into structured technology requirements, coordinate with developers/vendors, track delivery, test outputs and maintain transparent documentation and status visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Project coordination: Track scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, pending items and commitments across technology projects.
- Requirement management: Understand business requirements and convert them into structured feature lists, user flows, functional requirements, acceptance criteria and testing checklists.
- Developer/vendor coordination: Participate in calls, clarify requirements, maintain action trackers, follow up on deliverables and escalate gaps or delays.
- Testing & UAT: Test web/mobile applications, validate features against requirements, log bugs,



retest fixes and maintain issue/defect trackers.
- Technology documentation: Maintain architecture overviews, API/integration notes, access-control matrices, release notes, configuration information and other project documentation as applicable.
- Technical understanding: Be able to discuss frontend/backend, APIs, databases, authentication, user roles, cloud hosting, integrations and basic application architecture at a working level.
- AI & automation: Explore AI tools, APIs, low-code/no-code tools and automation opportunities that can improve internal processes or project delivery.
- Management reporting: Provide concise status updates covering progress, next actions, risks, unresolved decisions and dependencies.
