We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Full-stack Python Developer with strong hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade applications using Python, FastAPI, and Vue.js.

The candidate should be able to understand business requirements, design practical technical solutions, develop quality code, perform required testing, and deliver committed work within Agile sprint timelines. The role requires robust ownership, analytical thinking, explicit communication, and the ability to work directly with client stakeholders in a Banking / Finance / Fund Management environment.

Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms is expected,



with responsibility to validate AI-generated outputs and maintain coding, testing, security, and documentation discipline.

1. Take ownership of assigned deliverables and work independently with minimal dependency.
2. Quickly understand business processes, technical frameworks, and client expectations.
3. Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and testing outcomes clearly.

5. Contribute to team productivity through technical inputs, reviews, documentation, and mentoring where required.
