Senior Consultant / Business Architect Asset Management

Location: Bengaluru | Hyderabad | Mumbai | Pune | Chennai | Delhi NCR
Experience: 13 - 17 years
Level: Manager

Must Have:

- Mandatory experience in Asset Management / Investment Banking / Capital Markets.
- Strong experience in Business Architecture and Operating Model design.
- Prior Client Servicing / Asset Management servicing experience.
- Hands-on exposure to CRM implementation/transformation.
- Robust understanding of business process and solution design.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define and develop the Target Operating Model for Asset Management servicing.
- Develop Business Architecture to support solution and process design.
- Lead/oversee CRM implementation aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze and improve client servicing processes and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and operating processes.
- Work closely with business, technology and operations stakeholders.
- Drive implementation, governance and alignment across functions.
