Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee sales operations, including inventory management, delivery management, and payment collection.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement changes.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG, Edible Oil, Food Processing.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce) and ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships at all levels.
