Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions with focus on platform development and integrations.

- Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub flows, and third-party system connections.

- Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Service Catalog).

- Perform instance upgrades and cloning, including pre- and post-clone activities.

- Develop scripts using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

- Work on CMDB, MID Server, Discovery, and ITOM integrations as required.

- Support BAU operations, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform stability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environment and support UAT and deployments.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 38 years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.

- Strong experience with REST API, SOAP, Integration Hub, and third-party integrations.

- Hands-on exposure to at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM mandatory; HRSD/CMDB/ITOM preferred).

- Proven experience in ServiceNow upgrades and instance cloning.

- Strong platform administration & development background (not ITSM-only support).

- Good scripting knowledge (JavaScript in ServiceNow).

- Experience with MID Server, CMDB, Discovery is a robust plus.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
