Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years in IT, software development life cycle (SDLC), or release management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Secure (Scaled Agile Framework) environments.
- Tools Knowledge: Proficiency with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps or AWS.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, conflict-resolution, and executive-level reporting skills.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
