Job Overview:

Anubavam Technologies is looking for a Principal Product Manager Enterprise Platform & AI to drive the evolution of our enterprise SaaS platform, Creatrix Campus.

We are looking for a hands-on product leader with strong experience in enterprise platforms, workflows, business rules, content, integrations, data, configurable applications, automation, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for enterprise platform and AI capabilities.
- Translate complex business and architecture requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, workflows, and product specifications.
- Drive platform capabilities across workflow, rules, content, integrations, data, identity, and shared services.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, designers, and enterprise customers.
- Identify opportunities involving AI, intelligent automation, AI agents, recommendations, and decision support.
- Convert complex and ambiguous business problems into clear, executable product increments.
- Remain hands-on across product discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and validation.





Required Experience & Skills :

- 8–15 years of overall enterprise software experience.
- Minimum 4+ years in Product Management, Platform Product Ownership, Technical Product Management, or Product Architecture.
- Strong experience with enterprise platforms, rather than only individual application modules.
- Strong understanding of BPM/workflows, rules engines, content management, case management, APIs/integrations, enterprise data, and low-code/configurable platforms.
- Ability to understand technical architecture and translate it into product requirements.
- Practical understanding of AI, GenAI, automation, or intelligent enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, product documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and convert broad ideas into structured product requirements.

Preferred Experience :

Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, BPM/workflow platforms, low-code platforms, content services, case management, intelligent document processing, enterprise automation, or AI-enabled platforms will be highly preferred.
