Application Support Analyst Domino & ATIPExpress

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to provide technical support and maintenance for applications built on Domino version 9, ATIPExpress, with Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with legacy and specialized applications, and a solid understanding of relational databases.

Key Responsibilities:
Application Support & Maintenance:

- Provide Level 2/3 support for Domino and ATIPExpress applications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor application performance and implement fixes or enhancements as needed

Integration & Development Support:
Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing Domino workflows and ATIPExpress configurations.
Collaborate with development teams to deploy patches, updates, and recent features.

Database Management:
Work with Microsoft SQL Server for data management, optimization, and performance tuning.
Create and maintain queries, stored procedures, and reports as needed.

Documentation & Compliance:




Maintain accurate documentation for application configurations, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards, including privacy and data protection requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for AI, automation and process optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Domino version 9 administration and support.
- Hands-on experience with ATIPExpress application support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL and performance tuning.
- Experience with AI coding and automation tools.
- Familiarity with application support processes, incident management, and SDLC.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with migration projects involving Domino or ATIPExpress.
- Exposure to reporting tools and integration with applications.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
