Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Engineering Analyst (QEA) with strong experience in Guidewire applications to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of insurance systems. The candidate will work on Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter, collaborating closely with business and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of Guidewire applications

- Test PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter modules

- Analyze business requirements and prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test cases

- Execute manual and automated test cases and document results

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues

- Validate end-to-end insurance workflows including policy, billing, and claims processes

- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes,



and best practices

- Participate in UAT support and production validation when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter

- Strong understanding of P&C; insurance domain

- Experience in manual testing; automation experience is a plus

- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Solid communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

- Guidewire certification

- Experience with test automation tools

- Exposure to web services and integrations testing

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
