Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive with 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably from the Staffing/Recruitment industry, to manage day-to-day and end-to-end finance and accounting activities. The candidate should be hands-on with Zoho Books, GST, TDS, BRS, AR, AP and Advanced Excel*.

Key Responsibilities

Manage *end-to-end accounting operations*, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries.

Prepare and manage *client billing, invoices, credit/debit notes and billing reconciliations*.

Handle *Accounts Receivable (AR)*, customer ledgers, collections, outstanding and ageing reports.

Handle *Accounts Payable (AP)*, vendor invoices, vendor payments and reconciliations.

Manage *GST and TDS* accounting, calculations, reconciliations and statutory compliance.

Perform *Bank Reconciliation (BRS)* and customer/vendor ledger reconciliations.

Handle *payroll accounting, employee reimbursements and expense accounting*.

Maintain *General Ledger, Trial Balance and month-end closing activities*, including provisions and accruals.

Prepare *MIS, P&L;,



Balance Sheet, cash-flow, revenue, expense and ageing reports*.

Track *billed vs. unbilled revenue* and client-wise revenue/billing reconciliation.

Coordinate with *clients, vendors, banks, CA and auditors* for finance and accounting-related matters.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory activities.

* Manage day-to-day accounting and reporting in *Zoho Books*.

* Prepare and analyse reports using *Advanced Excel*, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.

Requirements

3 - 5 years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience.*

Staffing / Recruitment / Manpower industry experience preferred.*

Strong hands-on experience with *Zoho Books*.

Good knowledge of *GST, TDS, BRS, AR & AP*.

Solid *Advanced Excel* skills.

Good understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations and financial reporting.

Strong analytical, communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to independently manage accounting activities and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
