We are seeking dynamic, agile, and forward-thinking Gen AI Content Creators to join our New Initiatives Team. This role goes completely beyond traditional writing. You will blend exceptional language proficiency with cutting-edge Generative AI tools to conceptualize, write, and produce high-quality, engaging content across multiple upcoming projects (including, but not limited to, AI Podcasts). The ideal candidate is highly creative, a swift learner, and enthusiastic about upskilling and adapting to evolving technology workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Multi-Format Production: Create high-quality educational and engagement content using Generative AI tools across text, audio, video, and visual formats.
- Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Write engaging, highly structured scripts for podcasts, videos, reels, and instructional explainer content.
- AI Tool Leverage: Generate AI-assisted visuals, slide decks, and illustrations using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney/DALL-E, Wondercraft.ai, Suno.ai, Canva AI, etc.
- Curriculum & Quality Control: Adapt content seamlessly for various educational standards including IB, CBSE, and ICSE, ensuring rigorous grammatical accuracy, clarity, and age-appropriate tone.
- Workflow Innovation: Experiment continuously with prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI output quality, efficiency, and scale.
- Cross-Functional Alignment:



Collaborate closely with academic experts, multimedia designers, and project stakeholders to execute diverse initiatives under the team's umbrella.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

- Language Proficiency: Exceptional command over written and spoken English, with solid foundational grammar and structural clarity.
- AI Literacy: Robust understanding of Generative AI principles and basic prompt writing/engineering.
- Agility & Mindset: Creative thinker with an innate eye for narrative building, fast learning capabilities, and openness to continuous upskilling.
- Background: Open to any academic or professional background, provided the candidate holds the requisite core language and technical competencies.
- Commitment: A strong sense of professional commitment and willingness to grow long-term with the organization.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Prior hands-on experience deploying AI tools professionally for content execution.
- Familiarity with school curricula—particularly the IB framework, alongside CBSE and ICSE.
- Exposure to podcasting, multimedia digital content creation, video script development, or graphic layouts (Canva, PowerPoint).
