Sales & Operations Manager Automotive / Car Detailing

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing organisation operating in the premium automotive surface protection and vehicle detailing industry. The company offers advanced vehicle protection solutions, including ceramic coatings, paint protection films (PPF), and other premium automotive care services.

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and target-driven professional to manage sales, customer relationships, and day-to-day workshop/floor operations at a premium automotive centre in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Management

- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Track sales performance and maintain regular sales reports.

Workshop & Floor Operations

- Manage day-to-day workshop and floor operations.
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure proper allocation of work.
- Monitor job quality, productivity,



and turnaround time.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of customer vehicles.
- Conduct regular floor inspections and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively between customers, sales staff, and workshop technicians.

Team Management

- Supervise and manage workshop/floor staff.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and skilled conduct.
- Motivate and support team members to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Assist in training and developing team members.

Candidate Requirements

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Automotive Sales, Car Detailing, Workshop Operations, Automotive Accessories, Service Centres, or related industries.
- Prior experience in sales and customer handling is essential.
- Experience managing workshop/floor operations and teams will be preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, convincing, and closing skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Good team management and coordination abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
