Purpose of Job :

To manage, maintain, and optimize performance, security, and high availability of organization's network infrastructure across office locations, on-premises data centers and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliable system operations, seamless application deployments, and high availability of critical IT services. Maintain 24/7 network reliability, minimize downtime and manage incidents

Essential Qualifications :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related field
- 8+ Years overall experience, with 5+ years in network design, operations, infrastructure management and team management

CCNP, CCIE (preferred), or equivalent (JNCIE, PCNSE). AWS Advanced Networking Specialty (preferred).

Preferred Key Skill

/Qualifications :

- Demonstrable experience as a Network Operations Manager / Network Manager in an enterprise environment
- Expert-level knowledge of enterprise networking including routing, switching, wireless, LAN, WAN and network segmentation
- Strong hands-on experience with CISCO switches and routers, SOPHOS / next-generation firewalls and enterprise network infrastructure
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols and technologies including VLAN, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IPSec VPN and site-to-site VPN
- Experience in managing public IPs, subnetting, routing,



VLAN configuration and inter-site connectivity
- Experience in SD-WAN architecture and implementation, cloud networking and hybrid connectivity
- Strong knowledge of network security including firewall policies, IPS/IDS, access controls, NAC, 802.1X and Zero Trust principles
- Experience with network monitoring and observability tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, NetFlow/sFlow or equivalent
- Proficiency in network performance monitoring, capacity planning, traffic engineering and bandwidth optimization
- Experience in network vulnerability assessment, security hardening and remediation of identified vulnerabilities
- Knowledge of network automation using Python, Ansible, NETCONF, REST APIs or Terraform
- Experience in NOC design, 24x7 network monitoring, incident management and SLA/SLO governance
- Solid vendor management experience covering ISPs, telecom providers, OEMs and managed service providers
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and team development skills
- ITIL v4 knowledge with practical experience in incident, problem, change and service management
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills

Ability to drive network operations improvement, standardization, automation and modernization initiatives
