Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage campus placements for IT companies, ensuring timely communication with students and employers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners to secure job opportunities for students.
- Coordinate training programs to enhance student skills and prepare them for industry requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of placement offers, acceptances, and feedback from both parties.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in campus placement or related field (education/training).
- Strong understanding of corporate relations, database management, and MS Office applications (Excel).
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with ability to build solid connections with clients/employers.
