Role & responsibilities
* Procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables
* Vendor development, supplier evaluation, and negotiations
* Purchase Order (PO) processing and follow-up
* Inventory coordination and cost optimization initiatives
* Ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance of materials
* Coordination with Production, Stores, and Finance teams
Preferred candidate profile
* Robust negotiation and communication skills
* Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
* Experience in the food manufacturing industry preferred
* Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
