Must-Have

Proven track record in solutioning, architecture, modernization and delivery of large-scale enterprise platforms

Strong full-stack architecture experience with Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular and JavaScript

Hands-on experience designing microservices, REST APIs, Open API standards, BFF patterns, tenant context, idempotency and retry contracts

Experience in AR, pharmacy, healthcare, retail, ERP, financial reconciliation, billing, invoicing, remittance, cash application or claims processing systems

Strong cloud architecture experience on GCP, especially GKE Autopilot/Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud Build, Secret Manager, Workload Identity, Cloud Monitoring and Cloud DNS

Experience with relational and cloud-native databases, including Oracle/PostgreSQL/AlloyDB, schema design, partitioning, HA/DR, read replicas and migration planning

Experience with event-driven and batch integration patterns using Kafka, Pub/Sub, APIs, SFTP/file exchange, EDI 835/837, JSON, Avro and Parquet

Knowledge of data migration, CDC, bi-directional replication, reconciliation, parallel run/dark-mode shadowing, cutover planning and rollback strategy

Ability to define technical architecture and low-level design for domain-driven, configurable AR services and work queue platforms

Experience with workflow/rules engines, configurable routing, SLA management, batch orchestration, job

registry and operational dashboards

Strong understanding of security, compliance and audit needs including RBAC, SoD, PHI/PII

handling, OAuth/JWT, encryption,



secrets management and immutable audit

trails

Exposure to AI-enabled/agentic architecture, RAG/knowledge fabric, guardrails, human-in-the-loop

workflows, model confidence, citations and governance

Experience with observability and resilience practices such as tracing, logging, metrics, alerts,

SLAs, self-healing, performance testing, game-days and no-single-point-of-

failure design

Hands-on with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, SonarQube/PMD and

environment promotion practices

Strong testing orientation including unit, integration, API, load, stress, endurance and scalability testing using tools

such as JUnit, Mockito, JMeter and SOAP UI

Ability to engage customer architects, business stakeholders and delivery teams to convert legacy

understanding into modern architecture, user stories and delivery roadmaps

Valuable-to-Have

Exposure to accounts receivable modernization, denial management, work queue

prioritization, write-off workflows, reserve analysis and payer performance

analytics

Experience with Google Dataflow, Data Fusion, Cloud Composer, BigQuery, analytics marts and

feature pipelines for AI/ML use cases

Knowledge of legacy modernization from Oracle Forms, Java applets, PL/SQL, Informatica or monolithic

applications to cloud-native/API-first platforms

Exposure to GenAI-assisted SDLC tools and accelerators for reverse engineering,

code generation, test generation and knowledge graph creation

Understanding of healthcare/pharmacy domain data flows, claims, remittance, deposits, GL,

warehouse feeds and downstream financial integrations

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Architect and solution cloud-native Java/Spring Boot microservices for Unified AR capabilities including billing, invoicing, cash/remittance, work queues, claims,

adjustments, write-offs, reporting and system administration

Lead front-end, API, data, integration and platform architecture discussions with customer architects, business stakeholders, product

owners and TCS engineering teams

Create high-level and low-level designs covering domain model, microservices, APIs, database schema, integration contracts, security, observability, migration and

coexistence patterns

Guide engineering teams on development standards, cloud deployment, CI/CD, automated testing, performance tuning,

resilience engineering and production readiness

5

Work with product and platform teams to deliver configurable workflows, rules-driven routing, batch/orchestration services, data pipelines and integration

frameworks

6

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure financial integrity, security/compliance, auditability, scalable

operations, migration readiness and adoption of AI-assisted workflows with appropriate human-in-the-loop controls
