Customer સાથે ફોન દ્વારા સંપર્ક કરી નવા leads અને existing customers નું follow-up કરવું, showroom visit વધારવી અને customer enquiry/status નો proper record maintain કરવો.
Key Responsibilities
Daily નવા leads પર સમયસર calling કરવી.
Customer ની requirement, product interest અને budget વિશે basic information લેવી.
Customer ને showroom visit માટે invite કરવો.
Old/past customers નું regular follow-up કરવું.
Customer ના questions ને યોગ્ય જવાબ આપવો અથવા concerned person ને forward કરવું.
Interested customers ની follow-up date maintain કરવી.
