Job Title: Chinese Chef

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Chinese Chef to join our team at Chinese Hub Restaurant.

The candidate should have valuable knowledge of Chinese cuisine, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. The chef will be responsible for preparing delicious Chinese dishes while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Chinese dishes such as Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice, Chilli Chicken, Chilli Paneer, Manchurian, Momos, and other Chinese items.

Handle wok cooking, frying, chopping, and food preparation.

Maintain taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.

Follow restaurant recipes and portion sizes.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.





Manage food ingredients and reduce wastage.

Coordinate with kitchen staff and maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Follow food safety and restaurant standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chinese Chef or Chinese Cook preferred.

Positive knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking methods.

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.

Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
