Job Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door visits and generate leads independently.
Find current customers for Solar Panel solutions.
Explain solar products, subsidy and net metering.
Follow up with self-generated leads until sale/installation.
Submit daily field visit and lead reports.
Salary & Incentive:
Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹
Additional performance-based incentive on successful self-generated leads that reach sale/installation.
Requirement: Positive communication, confidence, and willingness to work in the field.
