Job Overview We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Direct Relationship Manager to handle outbound sales and customer engagement. The role involves connecting with existing and new customers to promote and sell a range of banking products, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering a outstanding customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to ETB (Existing to Bank) and NTB (Current to Bank) customers
Promote and sell banking products including:
Secured Loans (Home Loan, LAP, etc.)
Unsecured Loans (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
Credit Cards
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems




Build and maintain robust customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines
Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills in English (mandatory) and regional language
Strong passion for sales and target-driven mindset
Experience in sales of Loans / Credit Cards / Banking products preferred
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
Basic understanding of banking and financial products
