We are looking for a Bidder & Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in freelancing platforms, digital marketing, social media, SEO, paid advertising, content creation and e-commerce marketplaces.

Skills Required:

Bidding & Lead Generation
Experience with bidding on Freelancer, Upwork, Guru and other freelancing platforms
Ability to identify relevant projects and submit targeted proposals
Lead initiation and generation through freelancing platforms
Positive communication skills in Hindi & English
Positive calling capability and comfortable attending occasional/sudden client calls when required
Basic understanding of web development/digital projects will be an advantage

Instagram, Facebook & Twitter/X
Meta Ads & Google Ads/PPC
SEO – On-Page & Off-Page
Content Creation & Copywriting
Reel/Video Creation & Editing
Canva, Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator




Product Listing & Management on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho & other marketplaces
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & Search Console will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant projects on freelancing platforms
Prepare and submit quality, targeted bids
Initiate communication with potential clients and generate leads
Forward interested/qualified leads to the concerned team
Attend client calls when required
Assist with social media, SEO, paid advertising and other digital marketing activities
Support content, creatives, reels and marketplace activities
Key: The primary responsibility for the bidding role is lead initiation and generation. Detailed client handling and project discussions will be managed by the concerned team.
