Position Overview We are hiring for Inside Store Roles across Bangalore (Dark Store).

The roles are focused on in-store operations inside climate-controlled fulfillment centers and are not delivery positions.

Available Roles Role Key Focus

Picker / Packer: Picking customer orders, packing products and supporting store operations.

Loader: Loading, moving and organizing products within the store.

Store Executive: Supporting daily dark-store operations, inventory and order fulfillment.

Salary & Incentives

Monthly Salary: 22,000 to 23,000 Fixed

NTH: 18,300 Performance Incentives: 2,000

Joining Bonus: Up to 7,000 (limited-period offer)

Overtime Pay: 100 to 130 per hour

Key Role Highlights

• Work in-store only – this is not a delivery role.





• Duties are performed inside climate-controlled fulfillment centers.

• Prospect to earn incentives and grow with Swiggy Instamart.

Shift Options

• Morning: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Evening: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

• Night: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
