Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, batches, fees, and academic programs.
Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable courses or batches.
Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face counselling.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
Coordinate demo classes, counselling sessions, and admission processes.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/student information.
Handle student and parent queries professionally and coordinate with the academic team when required.
Maintain daily and weekly reports of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Update student and lead data in CRM, Google Sheets, or other systems.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
