Café De Rois is looking for a courteous and attentive Steward to provide excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and hygienic
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order execution
Handle guest queries and provide menu information
Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service stations
Follow café hygiene, safety, and service standards
Work Timings (Shift-Based):
Shift 1: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
(Flexibility to work in assigned shifts is required.)
Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills
Polite, well-groomed, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
Prior experience as a steward/waiter is an added advantage
